  • Research report on finished products that are characterized by 13CNMR, Mass/LC-MS, IR, HNMR, Melting Point, Purity RT, CHN analysis, RRT and RF

To easily complete the processing and all other business tasks related to the offered chemical formulations, we have maintained sound facilities. Investing a heavy sum of money, our company has maintained Organic Synthesis Facilities for the following:
  • Synthesis of complex organic molecules and several types of organic chemistry reaction
  • High pressure reaction, hydrogenation reaction and microwave reaction
  • Dry reaction with temperature range 00C to -780C or below.
  • Identification & isolation of unknown impurities
  • Enzymatic reaction as well as degradation of final API to isolate impurities
Parallel reactions

  • Once the products of our company are prepared, quality of them is analyzed in the maintained testing cell. Below mentioned are some of the Analytical Facilities that we own:
  • For isolation of organic compound by silica gel column chromatography
  • For modern flash chromatography technique with the use of grace or Bio-tage and combi flash technique
  • RT/RRT and peak purity confirmation in tandem with the pharmacopeia method or in house method for Shimadzu LC solution HPLC Analysis systems
  • For the isolation & identification of unknown impurities, we have Shimadzu LC solution preparative HPLC
  • In this cell, Mass and HNMR analysis is also done in association with other FDA approved testing laboratories

  • Spacious storage facilities from room temperature to 0 0C to -780C.

  • In our premise, with proper sealing and safety, solid and liquid compound are packed in high quality material of high recovery vial

  • Products of sensitive nature are packed in specially design vial under nitrogen flow and then shipment is made in 0 to -780C as per requirement.

Documentation Facilities

  • All the needed Analytical Data that are as per standard guidelines are then generated and shipped with compound, soft copy of the same is also sent by us to them via mail.
